Yes, chinchillas can eat raisins, however raisins shouldn't make up the entire diet of a chinchilla. Instead of feeding your chinchillas raisins on a consistent basis, you should feed your chinchillas a mix of hay products. Raisins or any other fruit for that matter are not the best for your chinchillas health as they have lots of sugar which upsets your chinchilla's stomach.
