Yes, chinchillas can get UTI infections just like we can, they are vulnerable to them especially as they get older. Unfortunately, cranberry juice isn't going to be an effective treatment for chinchillas as it is way too high in sugar for them to digest, instead you should take your chinchillas to the vet in order for them to trat your chinchillas UTI effectively and appropriately.
