No, goldfish can't live with neon tetras because they may end up eating the neon tetras, this is because neon tetras are on average a lot smaller than goldfish. The goldfish may not be able to eat the neon tetras, but the goldfish will try and the act of trying may injure the neon tetras. Best to keep them in separate tanks IMO. Hope this helps 😛

Neon tetras and goldfish don't get along too well with one another, better to keep them in separate fish tanks. Goldfish will start to probably antagonize the neon tetras, it's in their nature, probably best not to keep them together.
