None, you shouldn't house any neon tetras inside of a 1.5 gallon tank, they won't be healthy and they will not have a good time in there. They will most likely get sick and die, best to get at least a 10 gallon tank or more if you plan on keeping tetras. Neon tetras thrive in environments that they are healthy in, and one of the best ways to achieve that is to have a bigger tank.
