No, you can't house white cloud mountain minnows with bettas because bettas are way to territorially aggressive, bettas are known to attack literally anything that it perceives as a threat to them inside their environments. White cloud minnows and bettas both have different care requirements as well, bettas like the water temperature to range between 75-80 degrees Fahrenheit while white cloud minnows prefer the water temperature to range between 64-72 degrees Fahrenheit. This does make a difference.
