Yes, you can keep 2 female crested geckos together in the same enclosure as long as the enclosure is big enough. They shouldn't fight each other but if you witness them fighting then you'll have to separate them. Never house a male and female crested gecko together for long durations unless they are breeding then you can for a short while. 

2 male crested geckos shouldn't ever be housed together. Bad idea.
