Crested geckos can have their toes stuck together if they step inside their food dish. The food will then dry and will make their toes stuck together. Wet food mix like Pangea or Repashy will do this. Best way to fix a crested gecko's stuck toes is to take wet cloth and wipe any old crusty food from their toes.
