You can wrap your crested gecko terrarium with a blanket to trap the heat inside of the terrarium and possibly put the terrarium near an area that receives sunlight. This ensures that the crested gecko will remain warm despite the lack of heat. If you have a fireplace maybe consider lighting that up and putting your terrarium near it to warm up is another idea, just be careful not to go from one extreme to another.
