Content posted on the Community is not official support provided by reptilefanatics.com unless explicitly stated. For official support with product, account, or payment-related questions, please submit a ticket via the Client Area. Opinions expressed in the Community are those of contributors and do not reflect the opinions or policies of reptilefanatics.com unless otherwise specified.

2. Content, Moderation, and Reporting

You are responsible for all Content you post. reptilefanatics.com assumes no responsibility for user-generated Content. We reserve the right to moderate and may remove or edit any Content for any reason, including violations of these terms. Your privilege to use the Community may be revoked with or without cause, at our sole discretion. All Content must comply with US law.

3. Prohibited Content

Maintain a respectful and inclusive community. Prohibited content includes racist, sexist, abusive, harassing, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, or otherwise offensive language. Discussion of religion and politics is strictly prohibited. Hateful conduct, harassment, and unauthorized sharing of private information are zero-tolerance violations.

4. Limited License

You grant reptilefanatics.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute any Content or feedback you provide through the Community.

5. Term and Termination

These terms are effective upon creating an account and remain in effect until termination by you or reptilefanatics.com. You can terminate your account at any time via the Client Area. If your account is terminated, posted Content may be retained in the Community.

6. Intellectual Property

reptilefanatics.com owns intellectual property rights to the Community. Users do not have the right to use the Community in any manner not covered by these terms.
